Day 01: LIMA: Upon arrival at Lima Airport , you will meet by one of our guides who will take you to your hotel.
Accommodation: Hotel Colonial*** or a Similar Hotel.
Day 02: LIMA: In the morning, you'll have your city tour of Lima. You will get to know the most important sights of the "City of Kings": The historical center, Plaza San Martín, the main square, the Town Hall, the Government Palace, the Cathedral and you will admire the beautiful balconies of the colonial houses. Afterwards, you will visit the Museum of Anthropology and Archaeology which accommodates the biggest collection of pre-hispanic art objects. Afterwards you return to the hotel and the afternoon is at your free disposal.
Day 03: LIMA / TRUJILLO: In the morning, transfer to the airport. Flight to Trujillo. Arrival and transfer to the hotel El Gran Marques*** or to a similar hotel. In the afternoon visit of the temples of the Sun and Moon, which belong to the Moche Culture. Both temples are testimonies of the great artistic skills of this culture. (B)
Day 04: TRUJILLO / CHICLAYO: In the morning you will drive to Chan Chan, Once the biggest adobe city in the world. Chan Chan was the former capital of the Chimu Culture. In Huanchaco we have the opportunity to observe the fishermen with their typical boats. We continue to Chiclayo with private transport. The rest of the day is at your disposal (B)

Day 05: CHICLAYO / LIMA: In the morning you will visit Sipán, Where the grave of the famous “Lord of Sipan” was discovered. This finding is considered one of the most important excavations in recent decades. Afterwards, you will visit Tucume, the valley of the Pyramids. In the afternoon you will visit the Museum of the Royal Graves, One of the most important museums in South America. Return to the hotel. (B)
Day 06: CHICLAYO / CHACHAPOYAS. In the morning you get a private transport to Chachapoyas. The City is at an altitude of 2.344 Meters. The journey leads through unique landscapes and takes between 9 and 10 hours.

Day 07: CHACHAPOYAS: Revash and Leimebamba. In Revash,you will admire Mausoleums that are situated at an altitude of approximately. 2800 m. The city of Revash is situated 60 km south of Chachapoyas. Afterwards you will visit Leimebamba with the famous Mallqui center, Where you can marvel at more than 200 Mummies. The mummies date back to the Inca Chachapoyas time. In the afternoon you return to Chachapoyas. (B,LB)
Day 08: CHACHAPOYAS: Today the visit of Kuelap is on the programme. Due to their remote location the ruins that lie at an altitude of 3000 m are only visited by a few tourist a day.
Take your time to visit the fortress that is surrounded by a 1,5 km long and 10 to 20 meter high walls. In the afternoon return to Chachapoyas. (B,L,B)
Day 09: CHACHAPOYAS / CHICLAYO / LIMA. In the morning you drive back to Chiclayo and on the way you will enjoy the beautiful view on the rain forest before you reach the coast. In the evening, Transfer to the airport. Flight to Lima.

Day 10: LIMA / PARACAS. You leave Lima in the morning and drive south to Paracas by private transport. The journey takes about 4 hours. Arrival in the early afternoon. The rest of the day is at your free disposal.

Day 11: PARACAS / NAZCA: Today you make a boat tour to the Ballestas Islands, which are a part of the the Nature reserve of Paracas. There you have the opportunity to observe Penguins, Pelicans and even Sea Lions. On your way back you stop at the famous "Candelabro", a gigantic figure in the style of the Nazcas. In the late afternoon the journey takes you to Nazca.
Optional: Flight over the Nazca lines.
With a small airplane you fly over the mystic Nazca lines, Enormous geoglyphs in the Nazca desert, which represent animals, birds, and geometrical figures. The geoglyphs can only be seen from the air. The flight takes approx. 45 minutes.

Day 12: NAZCA / AREQUIPA. In the morning, You'll drive to Arequipa by private transport. The journey across the Desert and through beautiful valleys takes approximately. 10 hours. Arrival in the white city of Arequipa in the late evening.

Day 13: AREQUIPA: In the morning city tour of Arequipa. You visit the main square, one of the most beautiful in Peru, the Cathedral, An example of the Peruvian architecture of the 19th Century with treasures of Gold and Silver and "La Compañia",an old Jesuit church. It is one of the most beautiful churches in Arequipa with a beautiful facade and columns with spiral carvings, laurel crowns, flowers, birds etc. On closer inspection, You can see the European influence although the angels have indigenous faces and one of the angels wears a feather crown. Afterwards, You'll visit the convent of Santa Catalina. It was re-opened in 1970 after a 400-year closure for visitors. Santa Catalina gives the visitors an insight of four centuries of history. You will visit the numerous courtyards, the kitchen, the slave rooms and the laundry places. The requirements to enter the convent were the strictest in Peru. Today 20 nuns live in the part of the convent where once up to 500 nuns used to live. Return to the hotel. The afternoon is at your free disposal. (B)
Day 14: AREQUIPA / PUNO. In the morning you drive to Puno by private transfer. The journey takes you to the Nature reserve ''Aguada Blanca''. With a little luck you can observe Vikunjasin the wild. After 5 hours you will reach Puno.

Day 15: PUNO: In the morning, You'll start the spectacular boat tour on Lake Titicaca and first you will visit the floating islands of the Uros. The Uros that are also known as the tribe "Acuatica" are an old nation living on Lake Titicaca. The Uros constructed their islands by putting layers of cattails in regular intervals at the edges of the island. The same material is used for the construction of the houses and boats. You continue to the island of Taquile, which is home to the nation of Quechua. The people of Taquile, who are famous for their knitting art, have developed an efficent social system from generation to generation. In the afternoon you return to Puno. Transfer to the hotel. (B,L)
Day 16: PUNO / CUSCO. Your 9 hour journey to Cusco starts early in the morning. On the way to Cusco you pass the mountain chain Vilcanota where you have the opportunity to observe the snow-covered peaks of "La Raya" and "Kunurana". En route you will visit Rajchi and Andahuaylillas.

Day 17: CUSCO: In the morning city tour of Cusco.Visit of the main square, the Cathedral and the Temple of the Sun or Korikancha. You continue the tour outside the city, where you visit the Inca ruins Kenko, Tambomachay, Puca Pucara and the impressive fortress of Sacsayhuamán, which was built strategically on a hill and dominates over Cusco. The fortress is famous for its enormous stones which are interconnected and form the walls of the complex. Return to the hotel. The afternoon is at your free disposal. (B)
Day 18: CUSCO: Sacred Valley of the Inca. Excursion to the Sacred Valley of the Inca. You will visit the colourful Indio market in Pisac. Here, you can take a look at the customs of the population on a typical market day (on Sundays, Mass is held in Quechua, the language of the Population). In the afternoon, you will drive through the Urbamba Valley to Ollantaytambo. The Fort of Ollantaytambo was built to guard the entrance of the valley and to protect it from possible attacks of the jungle population. The site consists of several impressive terraces. Furthermore, you have the opportunity to walk through the narrow streets of the village and learn about this military, religious and cultural center of the Incas.

Day19: URUBAMBA / OLLANTAYTAMBO / AGUAS CALIENTES / MACHU PICCHU / POROY / CUSCO. In the morning, Transfer to train station of Ollantaytambo. You start our 90 minute train journey to Aguas Calientes. From there, you go by bus to the ruins of Machu Picchu in 30 minutes. During the guided tour you will visit the main square, the round towers, the Holy Sun Dial, the Royal Quarters, the Temple of the three windows and the cementary. Afterwards, you have time for a stroll on your own. In the afternoon return to Poroy by train and transfer to Cusco.

Day 20: CUSCO / LIMA. In the late morning transfer to the airport in Cusco. Flight to Lima. Arrival and transfer to Miraflores. In the afternoon transfer to the airport. (B)
